Etymology: "Xenophobically" is simply the adverb of "xenophobic" with the suffix "-ally" added, the form English uses for adjectives ending in "-ic". The adjective itself is built from two Greek elements: "xenos", meaning "stranger" or "foreigner" (it also gave English "xenon" and "xenophile"), and "phobos", meaning "fear" or "dread". Put together, a xenophobic attitude is one of fear or dislike of outsiders. The adverb therefore describes doing something in that fearful manner: behaving or reacting toward foreigners out of fear or hostility. Because it inherits both halves of its meaning from the adjective, the adverb carries no extra sense of its own.
