Etymology: "Official" comes from Latin "officium," meaning duty or service, and originally described a person who held a particular office or post. "Unofficial" adds the prefix "un-" to reverse that sense, and "unofficialize" adds the suffix "-ize," which turns an adjective into a verb meaning "to make or treat as." That suffix comes from Greek "-izein" and was taken into Latin and then English, where it is used for countless verbs such as "modernize" or "standardize." "Unofficializes" is the third-person singular present form of that verb, with the ending "-es" added so it agrees with a subject such as "he," "she," or "it." The word is a transparent, regular formation built from familiar parts. It is not a traditional English word with a documented story behind it, so its meaning comes straight from the parts that make it up.
